Co-Occurring Mental Health Concerns
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Especially while struggling with an addiction, mental health symptoms can increase or develop. Through counseling, coaching and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Addiction can destroy many parts of a persons life and can overtake a persons ability to fight and stop the cycle that is harming them. Sometimes you need a partner who can help you through the process of recovery. Addiction Treatment is available through therapy, coaching, counseling, psycho-education, referral, medication monitoring and working through each individual struggle with support, strategy and compassion.
Relationships can be destroyed or damaged while struggling with an addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, life transitions and many other challenging circumstances. Therapy or Coaching can be beneficial to couples, families and other close relationships that are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, grow and progress as a unit and/or create change that their relationships needs.
My passion and purpose is to help people solve their most difficult challenges.
